3rd Day & 3 Members In A Team :)

As Usual just on time in the office, wishing everybody sitting on there desks and yeah realising that they are
punctual but am not lol 😉

Coming in my cabin, switching on my Pc looking at quote by ernest hemingway on my desktop i.e
“Before you act, listen.
Before you react, think.
Before you spend, earn.
Before you criticize, wait.
Before you pray, forgive.
Before you quit, try.”

Reading this inspirational quote, have to start my task. I am reading that documentation again and again to brief
myself how to perform my task efficiently and effectively and yeah !!! on Time …

An alert of meeting comes on ma desktop, the message is “All new joined have to report in conference hall“.
In meeting, have discussed all the task related concepts, also that staff has to strictly follow the rules.
Meeting over, all dispersed.

Coming back in my cabin, joining other team members as we have to complete the task. we are total three
members in a group so conflicts are keep on arising soon they become debates, keep on sugesting, taking
suggestions, not satisfying others or not satisfied by other team members. blah blah … this and that.

Finally all are tired and want to take coffee break.
Then doing work of there own and discussing. suggetsted by me … cool idea na !!!

hehe … 3 members in a team will leads to conflicts and debates this is what the the conclusion i have made
today means third day in office.

Signing of as there’s lot about today, rest will see tommorow.
